SnapStuff is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of rooms and provide rug sizing, placement, and style recommendations. The App is designed to help users make informed decisions about rug purchases.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SnapStuff, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose
  • Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
  • Not use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Voltura LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

5. User Content

When you upload photos to SnapStuff:

  • You retain ownership of your photos
  • You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for providing recommendations
  • You represent that you have the right to share the photos you upload
  • You agree not to upload photos containing personal information of others without their consent

6. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Important: SnapStuff provides AI-generated recommendations based on image analysis. These recommendations are:

  • Estimates only: Rug sizes and placements are suggestions, not exact measurements
  • Not guaranteed: Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and room conditions
  • For guidance: Always verify measurements before purchasing

We recommend measuring your room manually to confirm our AI recommendations before making any purchase decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SnapStuff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recommendations
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App
  • We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions you make based on our recommendations
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltura LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
