Important: SnapStuff provides AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and visualizations. These results are:
- Estimates only: Product size, appearance, color, placement, and fit may differ from the real item
- Not guaranteed: Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and room conditions
- For guidance: Always verify measurements before purchasing
Always review the retailer's current product details and measure your room manually before making a purchase decision.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SnapStuff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recommendations
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App
- We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions you make based on our recommendations
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltura LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
